Went on a scouting trip to the beach yesterday. I had never seen the tide and waves that high before. Our normal path to the Pescadero marsh was under water. Aftermath of the earthquake maybe? Or just a very high tide (supposedly 6').
I have to admit, after almost being carried away by a rogue wave in November - I'm very wary of big waves with very high tides.
