Green-headed Tanager Tangara seledon
One of those odd name things - why it's called Green-headed I don't have a clue. The latin name (seladon) is closer to it's real color (Celadon). This is the only pose I have that shows off its yellow back.

Taken at the wonderful Serra Bonita, a place I would return to again and again. Serra Bonita is owned/run by a world-famous lepidopterist named Vitor Becker and his family. We had the privilege of seeing their collection - stored in a humdity controlled room with hundreds of thousands of moths in drawers. The moths ranged from giant ones the size of letterhead stationery to ones so tiny I would have mistaken them for gnats. It's a fascinating place and deserves the support of every ecotourist.
